I needed a quick and easy caramel sauce for a small pumpkin pecan cake I made today from the leftover pumpkin pie mix, so I hit Google to look for one. Scrolling through the choices, I spotted the Pioneer Woman’s blog and her Easy Caramel Sauce, and I knew that was the one. She keeps things simple and delicious. I made mine with pumpkin spice flavored coffee creamer, and it turned out great!
