Here at Meem’s house, we love the Golden Milk made from this paste so much so, that we’ve even opted for it in place of the morning coffee! Give it a try, you will be surprised at how easy and affordable it is to make. I purchased my ground, certified organic Turmeric at Natural Grocers in Lubbock. It came in a 6 oz, (by weight), resealable pouch, for $3.25.

I share my Golden Paste with a friend whose husband has injuries from when he was in the service, and he told me how much it helps him.

I haven’t made any in awhile but I’m going to try to be more consistent about giving it to my 11 year old Lab, Minnie, to help her with her joints. Sweet Minnie Girl.
