Gluten Free Enchilada Tortilla soup

Ingredients

1 package Wildtree Robust Tortilla Soup

3 ½ cups water

1 pound roma tomatoes, diced

1 cup corn

1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies

1 cup Wildtree Tia Rosa’s Red Enchilada Sauce

Method of Preparation

 

Combine the Robust Tortilla Soup mix with water in a

large pot. Bring to a boil and then lower to a simmer.

Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer

for 1 hour. Serve with corn tortilla chips and cilantro

if desired.
