A Cowboy’s Conversation with God.

Cowboy: Lord, thank You for blessing our nation with freedom.
God: Freedom is not a blessing to everyone, son.
Cowboy: Why, Lord?
God: Because some use their God-given freedom selfishly, and even refuse to be thankful.
Cowboy: Why do you continue to give them freedom then?
God: Because as long as there is a heartbeat, there is hope they will change.
Cowboy: What can I do, Lord?
God: Remember that real freedom is not about doing what you want, but about doing what you should, with My Spirit’s help. Let that kind of freedom shine through you.
Cowboy: With Your help, Lord, I will.

“For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom…” (2 Cor. 3:17)

Horseback Gospel

God gives them to us- men and women of courage who are willing to put their lives on the line for the cause of freedom. They step up and put themselves in harm’s way so that we can enjoy another day of liberty. And some have paid the ultimate price, dying for this country and what she stands for. Honor the fallen today, and give praise to God. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.” (James 1:17)
